After your order is confirmed, it is prepared at our premises and then handed over to our carrier.<\/p>\n

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday<\/strong>, excluding public holidays.<\/p>\n

          The applicable delivery rates are those displayed when placing the order, before payment confirmation. They may vary depending on the weight, destination, and delivery method chosen.<\/p>\n

          Responsibility and Delivery Information<\/h3>\n

          DIX cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier, strikes, exceptional weather conditions, or any other event beyond its control.<\/p>\n

          It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order. In case of address error, DIX cannot be held responsible for non-receipt or delivery to a third party.<\/p>\n

          For deliveries without signature, the customer is invited to ensure that their mailbox is secure and accessible. DIX cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft after the parcel is dropped off.<\/p>\n

          If multiple orders are placed on the same day, it is possible to contact our customer service to explore the possibility of grouping shipments, provided the orders are not already being prepared.<\/p>\n
