This policy outlines the conditions applicable to returns, refunds, and exchanges.<\/p>\n<h3>Return Period<\/h3>\n<p>You have a period of <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the receipt of your order to request a return.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility Conditions<\/h3>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, the product must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be <strong>unopened<\/strong> and <strong>unused<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Be returned in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Be in perfect condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any opened, used, or damaged product cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n<h3>Return Procedure<\/h3>\n<p>Before any return, it is imperative to contact our customer service by email at <strong>contact@dixsupps.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Please specify:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n<li>The product(s) concerned<\/li>\n<li>The reason for the return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A return authorization number will be provided to you. No return will be accepted without this prior validation.<\/p>\n<h3>Return Fees<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Return fees are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n<li>In case of a defective product or order preparation error, return fees are covered by DIX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Refunds<\/h3>\n<p>After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is made within <strong>7 to 10 business days<\/strong>, via the payment method used when ordering.<\/p>\n<h3>Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>In case of a defective product, an exchange is possible. Please contact customer service within 30 days following the receipt of the order.
