This policy covers dixsupps.com and the DIX application. The functions described apply when they are available in your version and you use them. The controller is DIX, identified in Article 1. The contact for your data remains company@dixsupps.com.<\/p>\n

The company DIX attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and the respect of the privacy of its users. This page aims to inform clearly and transparently about the use of the site, the identity of the publisher as well as the collection and processing of personal data.<\/p>\n

Article 2 \u2013 Access and use of the site<\/h2>\n

Access to the site and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. Any use for commercial, advertising, political, or unauthorized prospecting purposes is prohibited.<\/p>\n

Article 3 \u2013 Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

All content on the site (texts, images, videos, logos, brands, graphics, and structure) is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of DIX or its partners.<\/p>\n

Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

Article 4 \u2013 Liability<\/h2>\n

DIX cannot be held responsible in case of malfunction, failure, interruption, or difficulty of access to the site. The user is solely responsible for their equipment and Internet connection.<\/p>\n

Article 5 \u2013 Hypertext links<\/h2>\n

The creation of hypertext links to the site is authorized. DIX reserves the right to request the removal of any link it deems non-compliant. DIX exercises no control over the content of third-party sites accessible via external links.<\/p>\n

Article 6 \u2013 Data processed on the website and in the application<\/h2>\n

Your account and purchases<\/h3>\n

We process your first and last name, public name, email address, shipping and billing details, orders, customer service correspondence, points and loyalty transactions. Payment providers process the information needed for payment. Information marked as required is necessary for the relevant function; for example, a physical order cannot be shipped without a delivery address.<\/p>\n

Signing in with Google or Apple<\/h3>\n

If you choose this method, the provider sends us an identifier specific to your account, your email address or the Apple relay address you selected, its verification status and, when provided, your name. Your Google or Apple password is not shared with us. These sign-ins do not give us access to your emails, contacts or delivery addresses held by the provider.<\/p>\n

One DIX account can be linked to both Google and Apple. A Google account using the same verified Gmail address may find an existing DIX account; some links, including Apple or a different usual address, require confirmation of the DIX address using an emailed code or link. This helps find the correct account and preserve its orders and points. You can ask our contact to remove a link; revoking permission at the provider does not delete your DIX account.<\/p>\n

Workout log, activity and optional functions<\/h3>\n

The workout log may contain your sessions, dates, durations, exercises, repetitions, weights and notes. When you are signed in and use synchronization, its content is stored by the DIX service so you can retrieve it on another device. Depending on your permissions and the function opened, Health\/Health Connect functions may read steps, workouts, distances, energy expenditure, heart rate, routes and sleep. This information may constitute health data even when accessed locally.<\/p>\n

The current detail screens process detailed measurements and routes on the device. A local archive retains activity summaries and a reliability indicator; the loyalty service receives the events needed to calculate points, including activity type, date, source and quantity. This transmission is separate from the synchronized log and local readings. Your health data is not intended for advertising or commercial marketing.<\/p>\n

Community sharing is optional: when enabled, your public name and selected information about your workouts and regularity become visible to other members. Your email address and workout weights are not displayed in the current feed. You can disable sharing in your profile.<\/p>\n

A profile picture uses the photo or camera you choose to use. Dictation uses the microphone and the system’s speech recognition; depending on the phone and available engine, transcription may use the Internet. Confirmed text becomes part of the workout log and follows its synchronization rules. A notification token and your preferences are processed if you enable notifications.<\/p>\n

Article 7 \u2013 Your rights and choices<\/h2>\n

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Refusing an optional function does not block functions that do not need it.<\/p>\n

Write to company@dixsupps.com<\/a> or the postal address in Article 1. We normally respond within one month; a reasoned extension of two months may apply depending on the complexity and number of requests. Additional identity information is requested only where there is reasonable doubt and only as necessary. You may complain to the CNIL<\/a> or the competent supervisory authority.<\/p>\n

You may use this contact to request deletion of the account shared by the website and application and its associated data. Signing out, uninstalling or revoking a permission does not automatically delete data already synchronized. Some records must remain archived to meet legal obligations or defend a right. Health permissions and notifications can also be managed in system settings; withdrawing them stops the relevant new accesses.<\/p>\n

Article 8 \u2013 Purposes, legal bases and recipients<\/h2>\n

Account management, authentication, purchases, delivery and requested workout log services rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps. Accounting relies on our legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting accounts, the service and loyalty benefits.<\/p>\n

Optional processing that requires consent is subject to information and a choice specific to its purpose. Where a function processes health data on this basis, explicit consent must be separate from accepting the terms; a phone’s technical permission does not replace that consent. Commercial marketing and non-essential trackers are subject to their applicable consent and withdrawal rules.<\/p>\n

Depending on the service used, data is accessible to authorized DIX personnel and necessary providers: hosting and maintenance, payment, delivery and collection points, messaging and customer service. Google and Apple support the sign-in you select; Expo and Apple\/Google notification services deliver notifications you enable. The website uses Klaviyo for certain customer relationship functions. Providers may also process data for their own purposes under their policies.<\/p>\n

Some services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. You may request details of the countries, recipients and safeguards applicable to your situation from company@dixsupps.com. Data must not be transferred without a mechanism permitted by the GDPR. Points are calculated under the programme rules; you may contact DIX to request an explanation or review of an award.<\/p>\n

Article 9 \u2013 Retention and security<\/h2>\n

Account, account-linking and workout log data is retained to provide services while they are used, then according to deletion requests, applicable obligations and the need to handle a claim. Deletion of a workout log session can be synchronized with the service. Accounting records, including invoices, are kept for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year; this does not justify retaining all sports data for ten years.<\/p>\n

Confirmation codes and links expire ten minutes after sending; a new send replaces the previous ones. The initial sign-in context lasts twenty minutes and may be extended to cover the code. The local activity archive is filtered to 365 days when updated, with a limit of 2,000 workouts. This does not delete originals from Health\/Health Connect. Retention of technical logs, backups and audience data depends on its purpose and must be limited to what is necessary.<\/p>\n

Account exchanges use HTTPS and access is limited to authorized personnel. The account password is checked by the store; the native application keeps a session token in the system’s secure storage. Signing out revokes the relevant token. No arrangement can guarantee absolute security.<\/p>\n

Article 10 \u2013 Cookies, local storage and audience measurement<\/h2>\n

The website uses cookies or storage necessary for sessions, the cart, language and sign-in security. Advertising trackers and other trackers requiring consent are managed through the banner and its preferences panel, where you can change your choice.<\/p>\n

Umami, self-hosted by DIX, measures screens or pages viewed and certain usage or purchase steps, which may include an amount and currency. The application’s measurement stream does not contain your workout content, health measurements, email address or notes. The server may process technical connection information. The absence of cookies does not by itself mean that no personal data is involved or that consent is unnecessary.<\/p>\n

An audience measurement consent exemption depends on the actual configuration and applicable conditions; it does not follow merely from the tool’s name. In the application, you can refuse measurement in Settings \u2192 Permissions. Preferences, public caches and data needed for the functions used are also stored on your device.<\/p>\n

Article 11 \u2013 Photographs and product representation<\/h2>\n

The photographs and visuals on the site are non-contractual and do not engage the responsibility of the publisher.<\/p>\n

Article 12 \u2013 Applicable law<\/h2>\n

These legal notices and privacy policy are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the company’s head office.<\/p>\n
