In young, trained, healthy men, serious studies show <strong>no significant increase in testosterone<\/strong> after tribulus supplementation. The reference study, conducted in young men, concludes that the plant does not influence androgen production (Neychev &amp; Mitev). A 2025 systematic review of clinical trials reaches the same conclusion, with no robust evidence for raising testosterone in men who were not deficient to begin with.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, the idea of a tribulus that would mechanically push up your hormone level the way a doping product does is a gym myth.
