DIX was amazing enough to respond to my query on amazon and redirect me here so I could get one of these! The storage is super practical, and the base of the shaker is properly elevated so the surface finish does not really get scratched easily. My only minor build: I wish the measures on the side of the shaker were more intuitive (ie in ml, by 100/50ml) but no big deal (: highly recommended ! Excellent communication, excellent product

This shaker is perfect for preparing protein shakes on the move. You can prepare it before going out or use the removable compartment at the bottom to store around 60g of protein powder. You then screw it back in and fill the main part with milk or water. The supplied mixing ball ensures that the ingredients are well combined, which is particularly useful in the middle of the day when you don't have access to a blender. The quality of the shaker is excellent, it's robust and the metal helps to keep the drink fresher than the plastic versions I've tried. The only minor criticism would be that, as it's not transparent, it's sometimes difficult to see how much liquid has been added or if there are still lumps of powder at the bottom. That said, it's an excellent product, especially for those who like to make their shakes as they go along.

This shaker is really effective, as long as you make sure you close it properly. The bottom of the shaker is lined with foam, which is pleasant to the touch. The packaging clearly states that it should not be put in the dishwasher. It's supposed to be made of stainless steel, and maybe it is. Although it's light, I'm not sure if it's really stainless steel or aluminium. I'd love to test it in the dishwasher, but that could damage the design or the foam if it's steel. And if it's aluminium, forget it. In any case, it fulfils its role perfectly. It's best to wash by hand - it's a quick job.

My first impressions of this Dix protein shaker are very positive. It arrived in beautiful packaging, giving the immediate impression of a quality product, even before I opened it. The shaker itself is a pretty gold colour with the Dix logo on one side and a measuring guide on the other. It's also easy to read from inside when filling. The bottom is padded and the top has a handle for carrying. It is divided into three compartments: bottom, middle and top. The top and middle compartments are the usual ones for a shaker. Simply add the powder and water to the middle, screw on the lid and shake to make it ready to drink. The lower part is separate, allowing you to store extra powder, ideal for preparing another shaker when you're on the move (no more carrying two bottles in the morning or filling them from a small plastic bag). All the compartments screw together securely and there are no leaks. The drink hole opens and closes easily and reliably when closed. What's more, it comes with a classic little shaker ball. Taste-wise, my protein shake remains as tasty as any plastic shaker I own. There's no metallic taste. The only small drawback is that it's not dishwasher safe. All in all, I'm very impressed with this shaker. Although at £16 it's a bit pricey compared to plastic shakers, the attention to detail and overall quality really won me over.

This shaker is really good quality. It comes with a metal ball to help mix the powders and avoid lumps. What's more, the bottom compartment is very practical for carrying supplements, so you can prepare them when you need them without having to do it in advance. The lid is solid, so there's no risk of it accidentally opening.

The packaging for this product is just as carefully designed as the product itself. It comes in a beautiful black rigid cardboard box, decorated with a metallic logo with changing reflections, with illustrations of chemical structures and amino acids on the sides of the lid. The inside is also black, and the golden product is revealed in all its splendour, offering a magnificent contrast. I love the idea of the base opening out, so you can prepare the powders to dissolve in water just before use. What's more, there's a little steel ball inside to make dissolving easier. The cap, meanwhile, has a practical handle and a locking system that allows the drink to be served smoothly and generously. Quality materials, impeccable finish - this really is an excellent product!

A very good material.

This stainless steel and plastic shaker is handy for proteins and other powdered drinks, as long as they are cold or warm. Unfortunately, it is not resistant to high temperatures and is not dishwasher safe. It arrived in a damaged cardboard box, with no internal seals or protection, which left me wondering about its original condition. Despite this, the shaker was in good condition after careful cleaning. The lack of an instruction manual is also a point to be reconsidered. In terms of use, although it only holds about 650 ml and the measurement indications are not very legible, it holds up well, although I did wonder about the tightness of the cap. I haven't noticed any leaks so far, but I remain cautious about its durability. To be a truly functional product, improvements such as a screw cap, better capacity, accurate measurement indications and dishwasher compatibility would be welcome. The packaging could also do with more attention. The price remains affordable, though.

Very good quality, robust product.

This preparation is ideal, its volume is perfect for mixing a protein. What's really nice is that the material doesn't absorb unpleasant odours, unlike a plastic bottle, after several uses. Admittedly, the price may seem high compared with other options, but it's much more pleasant to use, durable and has a really elegant design.

These DIX shakers are really superb, with a vibrant colour and equally attractive packaging, perfect for giving to friends who love sport or bodybuilding! The bottom part is ideal for storing several doses of energy powder, or simply as a cup. The closure of the pourer is very secure, so it's important to make sure it's properly fitted before shaking. The spiral ball ensures perfect, even mixing, and the hook is a practical addition! All in all, it's both beautiful and useful, so this shaker definitely deserves five stars and my recommendation!

I've decided to change my initial criticism, as I've found that the seal is well preserved. In fact, a small seam on the lid had just moved during washing. The only downside is that it's not insulated.

This product would be perfect if it had a seal at the bottom to prevent water penetration.

This shaker is really pretty and of very good quality. Unfortunately, it's only for domestic use, as it doesn't have an airtight or drip-proof lid, which makes it impossible to transport. Even when it's lying down, it doesn't fit in the fridge because of its size (it takes up a lot of space standing up). I had bought it to use during my lunch break at work, hoping to take advantage of its practicality to mix my drink on the spot. In the end, it turned out to be completely useless.
