Return period

You have a deadline of 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Being not opened et unused
• Being back in your original packaging
• Be in peak condition

Any opened, used or damaged product will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns Procedure

Before any returns, it is essential to contact our customer service via email at contact@dixsupps.com.

Thank you for specifying:

• Your order number
• The product or products in question
• The reason for the return

A return authorisation number will be provided to you. No returns will be accepted without this prior validation

Return fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• In the event of a defective product or an error in order preparation, return shipping costs will be covered by DIX.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is processed within a timeframe of 7 to 10 working days, using the payment method selected at the time of ordering.

Exchanges

In the event of a faulty product, an exchange is possible. Please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. Return and reshipping costs will be covered by DIX.

Non-refundable products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or consumed dietary supplements cannot be returned or refunded
