Order Shipping
After your order is confirmed, it will be prepared at our premises and then handed over to our courier.
An email confirming your shipment, including the tracking number, will be sent to you within an average of 1 to 2 working days after the order has been confirmed
Orders are prepared and dispatched from the Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All deliveries are guaranteed by Chronopost, with the following options:

Delivery charges cover the preparation, packaging, and shipping of your order

We do not deliver to Asia.

- Europe : 3 to 6 working days
- North America : from 1 week

These timescales may vary depending on peak periods, customs constraints, or exceptional circumstances
Delivery Charges
For mainland France, the indicative prices are as follows:
- Home delivery: from 5,99 €
- Delivery to collection points: 3,99 €
The applicable delivery charges are those displayed at the checkout before payment confirmation. They may vary depending on the weight, destination, and chosen delivery method.
Responsibility and delivery information
DIX shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, strikes, exceptional weather conditions, or any other event beyond its control
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided during the order. In the event of an address error, DIX cannot be held responsible for non-receipt or delivery to a third party.
For deliveries without a signature, customers are advised to ensure that their mailbox is secure and accessible. DIX cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft after the parcel has been dropped off.

If multiple orders are placed on the same day, you can contact our customer service to explore the possibility of consolidating the shipments, provided that the orders are not already being processed.
