This delivery policy describes the shipping and delivery terms applicable to orders placed on the dixsupps.com website.
Order Shipping
After your order is confirmed, it is prepared at our premises and then handed over to our carrier.
A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent to you within an average of 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Carrier
All deliveries are handled by Chronopost, with the following options:
- Home delivery
- Delivery to a pickup point
Delivery fees include the preparation, packaging, and shipping of the order.

We currently deliver to the following areas:

- Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and other eligible European countries
- Australia
- North America
- South America
- Africa
We do not deliver to Asia.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided as an indication:
- Mainland France: 24 to 48 business hours
- Europe: 3 to 6 business days
- North America: from 1 week
- South America: from 1 week
- Africa: from 1 week
- Australia: from 1 week
These times may vary depending on peak periods, customs constraints, or exceptional circumstances.
Delivery Rates
For mainland France, indicative rates are as follows:
- Home delivery: from €5.99
- Delivery to a pickup point: €3.99
The applicable delivery rates are those displayed when placing the order, before payment confirmation. They may vary depending on the weight, destination, and delivery method chosen.
Responsibility and Delivery Information
DIX cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier, strikes, exceptional weather conditions, or any other event beyond its control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order. In case of address error, DIX cannot be held responsible for non-receipt or delivery to a third party.
For deliveries without signature, the customer is invited to ensure that their mailbox is secure and accessible. DIX cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft after the parcel is dropped off.
Multiple Orders
If multiple orders are placed on the same day, it is possible to contact our customer service to explore the possibility of grouping shipments, provided the orders are not already being prepared.
