Can I cancel or modify an order?
If your order has still not been processed, you have the option to contact us contact us on this page or at contact@dixsupps.com to submit your request, ensuring you have your order number ready.
We will do everything we can to modify or cancel this order (and refund you in the latter case) if the parcel has not already been dispatched

Delivery is available in the following areas:

We also deliver to Australia, in North America, in South America et in Africa.
Note: we do not deliver to Asia.
What are the delivery times?
For any order placed on our official website, orders are dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.
Delivery times will obviously depend on your location, but here are the average times:
- France: 24/48 hours
- Europe: 3 to 6 days
How can I check the status of my order?
To track your order, simply click on the tracking number included in the email you will receive after placing your order.

What is the delivery charge
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, so we can't provide an exact amount. However, you can estimate your delivery charges in your basket before proceeding to payment.
Do bear in mind that you have free delivery starting from amounts that may also vary depending on the delivery location, this amount starts from €70 for delivery in France and Europe
I would like to return my product, how do I go about it?
Dix allows the return of products under the following conditions:
- That the product has not been opened

I’m vegan, can I use your products?
The vast majority of our products are vegan, as we use plant-based capsules. Our vitamin D is also plant-derived. However, some products like native isolate protein and omega-3s are not.

How to store DIX supplements?
The DIX supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, to maintain their quality and effectiveness over time
It is recommended to securely close the packaging after each use and keep it out of reach of children
Special case : the Omega 3 and our NAD+ should preferably be stored in the refrigerator after opening, to ensure better stability and optimal freshness of the fatty acids
