Questions about delivery and orders
Can I cancel or modify an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, you have the option to contact us on this page or at the address contact@dixsupps.com to make your request, providing your order number.
We will do everything possible to modify or cancel it (and refund you in the latter case) if the package has not already been shipped.
In which countries do you deliver?
Delivery is available in the following areas:
- France: because our products are created in France.
- Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic.
We also deliver to Australia, North America, South America, and Africa.
Note: we do not deliver to Asia.
What are the delivery times?
For any order placed on our official website, orders are shipped within 24h on business days.
Delivery times will obviously be related to your place of residence, but here are the average times:
- France: 24/48 hours
- Europe: 3 to 6 days
How do I know where my order is?
To track your order, simply click on the tracking number included in the email you will receive following your order.
This tracking number will allow you to get real-time information on the delivery of your DIX package!
What is the delivery price?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, so we cannot tell you with certainty, but in your cart, you can simulate the delivery amount even before payment.
Please note that you have free shipping from amounts that can also vary depending on the delivery location, this amount starts from €70 for delivery in France and Europe.
I want to return my product, how do I do it?
Dix allows the return of products under the following conditions:
- The product has not been opened
- Within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be in their original packaging and in good condition
To do so, contact us on this page or at the address contact@dixsupp.com, remembering to provide your order number. We will provide you with a return label to present at the relay point. Your refund will be made after verification of the product(s).

What types of products do you offer?
DIX offers products dedicated to sports performance, physical optimization, and well-being, developed in France and formulated based on rigorous scientific studies.

I am vegan, can I use your products?
The vast majority of our products are vegan, as we use vegetable capsules. Our vitamin D is also of plant origin. However, some products like native isolate protein and omega-3 are not.
Where do the raw materials for your products come from?
The origin of our ingredients is carefully selected to ensure quality, traceability, and effectiveness:

Once selected, all raw materials are systematically analyzed. On each product page, a report issued by an independent private company is available to verify the actual content of the active ingredients as well as the safety and sanitary quality of each supplement.
How to store DIX supplements?
DIX supplements should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light, to preserve their quality and effectiveness over time.
It is recommended to close the packaging well after each use and to keep them out of reach of children.
Special case: Omega 3 and our NAD+ are preferably stored in the refrigerator after opening, to ensure better stability and optimal freshness of the fatty acids.
How many supplements should I take daily?
The amount of supplements to take daily depends on each product. The dosage varies depending on the formula, the concentration of active ingredients, and the desired goal.
Usage recommendations are clearly indicated on the label of each product. They are also accessible by scanning the QR code on the packaging or directly on our website, in the detailed product sheet.

How do my loyalty points work?
The loyalty program allows you to accumulate points with each product purchase on the store.
Points are automatically awarded at the time of purchase and accumulate in the customer account. They do not correspond to an immediate discount on the order amount, but to a rewards system.
Once a certain number of points is reached, it is possible to exchange them directly for free products, according to the conditions indicated on the site.

Yes, it’s normal. We started by selling on Amazon.
If the products are purchased through the official Official DIX store on Amazon, they are indeed our products.
That said, it is generally more advantageous to order directly on our official website: prices are often more attractive and you can also accumulate loyalty points, which allows you to get free products.
What proves to me that you are not drop-shipping?
Several elements confirm that DIX is not a drop-shipping brand.
