General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the dixsupps.com website by the company DIX. Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Scope
These GTC apply to all product orders placed on the site by individuals or legal entities. The customer declares having the legal capacity to contract.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are dietary supplements, accessories, and textile items.
Dietary supplements do not substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended to follow the usage instructions indicated on the packaging and product sheets.
Product photographs and visuals are non-contractual.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
DIX reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The invoiced price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Order
The order is placed via the website. The customer selects the products, checks the summary, and confirms the order after accepting these GTC.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
DIX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the site.
The order is considered final after payment acceptance.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are shipped via the carrier Chronopost, with home delivery or relay point delivery, according to the option chosen during the order.
Delivery areas, indicative times, and detailed terms are available on the dedicated delivery page.
DIX cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Article 9 – Returns and refunds

Article 10 – Liability
DIX cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
The customer is solely responsible for complying with the usage recommendations and precautions indicated on the products.

Article 12 – Intellectual property
All elements of the dixsupps.com site are the exclusive property of DIX. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.
