Refund and Return Policy
At DIX, customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy outlines the conditions applicable to returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Period
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be in perfect condition
Any opened, used, or damaged product cannot be refunded.
Return Procedure
Before any return, it is imperative to contact our customer service by email at contact@dixsupps.com.
Please specify:
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for the return
A return authorization number will be provided to you. No return will be accepted without this prior validation.
Return Fees
- Return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- In case of a defective product or order preparation error, return fees are covered by DIX.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is made within 7 to 10 business days, via the payment method used when ordering.
Exchanges
In case of a defective product, an exchange is possible. Please contact customer service within 30 days following the receipt of the order. Return and reshipping fees will then be covered by DIX.
Non-refundable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or consumed dietary supplements are neither returned nor refunded.
