NMN, or nicotinamide mononucleotide, is a premium dietary supplement that is rapidly becoming one of the most sought-after anti-aging superfoods by consumers.
The Best Way to Increase Your NAD+ Levels
NAD, how does it work?
NMN helps support the functions of the entire body and reverse the effects of aging. So when you perform better on the inside, it shows on the outside.
NMN is a precursor to the creation of NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) which is vital for cellular function and, among other things, is essential for repairing damage to your cells and DNA.
NAD+ levels decrease rapidly with age, NAD+ levels can be reduced by up to 50% after the age of 30. NMN supplementation powerfully boosts NAD+ production and can increase insulin sensitivity, reverse mitochondrial dysfunction, and extend the lifespan of aging populations.
Studies have shown that NMN replenishment is a positive step in helping your body repair cellular damage and supporting your body as you age.
Why not supplement directly with NAD?
NAD supplementation is degraded in the small intestine by intestinal epithelial cells. It is then converted into NMN by several intestinal enzymes. However, if you take NMN, the body will convert it into NAD without significant degradation. This is why it is much more effective to supplement with NMN to increase your NAD levels.
Promising Experimental Trials
Experiments conducted at Harvard Medical School by Prof. David Sinclair on NMN have been carried out on mice and have yielded impressive clinical results.
Prof. Sinclair and his collaborators gave NMN to two-year-old mice. They observed, after just one week of treatment, improvements in muscle (reduction of muscle atrophy), improved insulin resistance, and a decrease in inflammation that made these mice indistinguishable from real young mice. Dr. Nigel Turner, a pharmacologist at the Australian University NSW, thus stated: “It’s as if a sixty-year-old man was similar to a young twenty-year-old man on certain measures.” And Prof. Sinclair added: “If these results hold, aging can be a reversible condition if treated quickly.”
Can We Find NMN in Food?
NMN is a derivative of vitamin B3, naturally present in the body and can be obtained from food sources such as fruits, milk, and vegetables.
Although NMN is naturally present in many food sources, a study showed that it would take consuming 100 kg of broccoli, 69 kg of avocado, or 416 kg of beef to obtain 250 mg of NMN per day.
And for Physical Performance?
- NMN acts very quickly to increase performance and does not need to be loaded like creatine or beta-alanine.
- The study below shows that NMN can increase aerobic capacity performance by up to 30% in trained athletes, far surpassing beta-alanine.

HOW TO CHOOSE?
As with everything, there is good and bad quality. With us, you can guess which camp we are in.
Optimal Quality
Certified GMP, HACCP, Heavy Metal Free, 99.9% purity. But that’s not enough! To ensure the best quality and bioavailability, we use an enzymatic procedure. We then test our NMN and ensure its purity.
WHEN?
In the morning during your breakfast.
HOW MUCH?
2 to 4 capsules per day.
