1) Les bienfaits de l’apigenine
Des recherches précliniques ont indiqué que l’apigénine pourrait apporter des améliorations significatives dans divers aspects de la santé, tels que l’anxiété, le sommeil, les fonctions cérébrales, le stress oxydatif, l’inflammation et la régulation hormonale (notamment la testostérone, les œstrogènes et le cortisol). Cependant, il est important de noter que les bénéfices de l’apigénine peuvent être sensiblement réduits, voire nuls, lorsqu’elle est isolée, dépendant de la qualité de la matière première utilisée. 2) Sa source
On retrouve l’apigénine dans les plantes, comme le persil, la camomille, les kumquats, les artichauts, mais en faible quantité. C’est pour cela qu’une supplémentation est intéressante.

3) Son fonctionnement
La recherche montre que l’apigénine favorise l’activité des récepteurs GABA dans le cerveau, entraînant une relaxation et un apaisement profonds, vous aidant à réduire le stress et à garder un esprit serein.
Des études menées sur des animaux suggèrent que l’apigénine pourrait prévenir les mutations génétiques qui surviennent dans les cellules exposées à des toxines et à des bactéries. De plus, elle pourrait jouer un rôle direct dans l’élimination des radicaux libres, inhiber les enzymes privilégiant la croissance tumorale et induire des enzymes de détoxification telles que le glutathion.
